Behind A Hairy Cartagenera there is a story of fear, learning, and a great desire to create...

I'm Daniela Puello
A lawyer by profession, with a specialization in Procedural Law and a master’s degree in Administrative Law. But although my legal background is an important part of who I am, over the years I discovered that my professional journey was also deeply linked to communication, content creation, and the digital world.
And the funny thing is, it wasn't always this way. When I was 12, I was a very shy girl. I was afraid to stand at the front, give presentations, and speak in front of others. I remember that I would even prefer to get a bad grade rather than face that feeling. Until one day I realized that if I kept hiding out of fear, many of the abilities I had would never have the chance to be seen.
I then decided to do something that wasn't easy for me: to dare. I started training in public speaking, communication, and various fields that helped me gradually gain confidence. Over time, I discovered that I loved communicating, being in front of an audience, presenting ideas, and connecting with other people. And it was curious because many people started to see me more as a communicator than as a lawyer.
From learning by doing to teaching what I know
Parallel to my professional career, for more than seven years I have been involved in building personal brands, startups, and shops, learning as I went, testing strategies, making mistakes, correcting them, and always staying up to date.
That practical experience led me to delve deeper and deeper into the digital world. I have trained in areas such as Google Analytics and artificial intelligence applied to content creation, and I have learned that building a brand today does not just consist of posting for the sake of posting. It is about knowing what you want to communicate, how you want to do it, who you want to reach, and how to turn your knowledge and experiences into content that truly adds value.
And that is how Una Cartagenera Pilosa was born.
This space is born from something that has personally transformed me: understanding that social media can become a platform to show what we know, help others, build a community, attract clients, and also generate business opportunities.
That is why today I teach other people how to lose their shyness, learn to record themselves, find their own voice, and create content with strategy. I also teach them to use artificial intelligence as an ally, not to replace our creativity, but to help us generate ideas, organize our work, automate processes, and create better.
Because if there is one thing I have learned over these years, it is that the tool can help you, but the story, the experience, and the voice that make someone connect with you are yours.
Today I am a lawyer, but I am also a creator, strategist, entrepreneur, and communicator by passion. And I keep learning every day because this world is constantly changing.
And yes, that little girl who once preferred a bad grade over stepping up to the front today dreams of continuing to take this message to more stages, auditoriums, and people.
Because if I could learn to lose my shyness and dare to show what I knew, I want to help you to dare as well.
